ART

Working in a range of mediums. My illustration is predominantly in watercolours and pencils, but also using gouache, inks, and 'found' items such as sea water and clay.

My textiles are hand-drawn machine stitching, using fabric as paper to build layers of fabric and thread, giving a tapestry effect. 

​

I also create linoprints in small scale (up to A5 for commissions).

Working freehand, I draw with the sewing machine needle in cotton thread, and incorporate contemporary and vintage fabrics and ribbons.
